Midcott Great Danes are the love of Jeff & Zara Evans. We are based in Swansea, South Wales.

Both Zara and I are addicted to our animals, we currently share our lives with our two beautiful great danes, three stunning horses and a lazy black cat. We are waiting for our next puppy to arrive who should be with us in the next few weeks, a blue bitch puppy is on order from the Dainoak kennels and then we will have a second puppy again from Dainoak, already on order from their next litter.

I had my first great dane in the early eighties, a beautiful fawn bitch called Tara and I was immediately hooked on this magnificent breed. Tara was followed by Chloe, Alex and Solo, my three stunning harlies, and at one point I had managed to accumulate a great dane of each colour and also managed some success in the show ring.

By the mid nineties I had moved to Dobermanns and had many happy years with the breed, but like many people who have lived with a dane I was drawn back to these gentle giants. Last year we bought our blue dog puppy "Oakley" from the Bredwardine kennels and once again I was hooked! Just a few weeks later we returned to the Bredwardine kennels only to come home with our black bitch "Ella".

We are very keen to show our dogs and eventually breed some pups of our own... so watch this space!
